Initial Collection Activity

We act fast. Letter and phone attempts begin immediately upon placement. First contact is by telephone, followed by a financial investigation of the business if needed. Also, we gather other financial information that helps us collect in full.

Credit Bureau Reporting

JCS Financial uses credit bureau reporting as a collection tool in accordance with federal statutes and client guidelines. At your discretion, we will report accounts to credit bureaus, and leverage this tool to urge customers to remit full payment

Private Investigator

JCS Financial goes beyond letters and phone calls. We may assign a private investigator to conduct a site visit on qualified accounts to gather proof of bankruptcy filing, liens, pending suits, judgments, and records of other delinquencies. The investigator may also perform a corporate registry check and confirm the debtor has a relationship with a bank on certain accounts.

Skiptracing

We find customers. JCS financial skiptraces accounts through its internal database, supplemented by data provided by leading vendors. We pull credit reports on qualified accounts, contact public records offices, perform database searches for landlords, bank affiliations, nearbys, and business and residence checks—what ever it takes.

Legal Policies & Procedures

JCS Financial uses a nationwide network of certified collection attorneys. Our attorneys try to resolve accounts amicably before litigation. No account is referred for litigation without your authorization.
